Setlist

  • 1. Know Your Enemy
    In-Song Dialogue: MTV! MTV! MTV!
Zack: This next song goes out to my Chicano brothers and sisters in the house today. And I want to let you know that this [??] is dedicated to the group of individuals, Chicanos that stood up against these pushers of eurocentricity. All the regents of the California UC System, we stood up and we fucking did what it take to make the sacrifice to get a Chicano studies department of UCLA. And this song is called the People of the Sun.
  • 2. People Of The Sun
    Early Version
  • 3. Take The Power Back
  • 4. Fistful Of Steel
In-Song Dialogue: To all the strong positive sisters in the house, to all the women in the place this one is for ya'll. Check this out.
  • 5. Killing In The Name
Zack: [??] When the Persian Gulf War broke out, it seems that, it seems that the powers that be, the Bush administration and those affliated with that administration [??] have control over what was being shown, or what coverage was being shown to the American people. And it seems because they have control of that coverage they seem to have control over all of us, it seems like all of us were being put to sleep. I know that, I know that during the Vietnam War from what I've read and what I've seen is that people were out, people were out there protesting the fact that an imperialistt nation like the United States can march anywhere in the name of humanitarian efforts or in the name of liberty and murder countless of hundreds or thousands of innoect people. It makes me fucking sick that all of us sit and watch and are let control by it. And there's a few of us up here, that in the Bay Area refuse to stand for it. And I want to thank those people because you got out in the streets and you showed this establishment that you weren't willing to stand up and stand up to a country that was willing to do that to innocent women and children in the desert. This song is called a Bullet in Your Head.
  • 6. Bullet In The Head
  • 7. Freedom
In-Song Dialogue: In the early 70s, a group of native Americans who realized that they were slowly and surely being exterminated by behalf of the government in the United States got together to stand up for their basic human rights. Their basical consitutional rights which were being denied for over 500 years. And in 1977, when the American Indian movement, AIM, set foot onto the Pine Ridge Reservation, they were there to protect the people who were being murdered by the FBI. And on fucking June 22, 1975, there was a shoutout where two FBI agents were murdered, along with a Native American. And in 1977, a Native American by the name of Leonard Peltier was indicted on both accounts, for a murder he did not commit. And he has rotted in a jail cell for 17 years despite that it's been proven in a court of law that he's innocent. And he is in jail right now on a technicality. They coerce witnesses, they falsify affadivits, they falsify ballistic reports, they place Leonard and several over members of the AIM and put them on lists to be neutralized years before he was fucking placed under arrest for these murders. It is a sick fact that this man sits in jail. And everyone in this fucking place can do about. There's a speaker's tent located in a tent behind this main auditorium where this very issue is going to be discussed by lawyers representing the Leonard Peltier defense committee. Please take the time and take the time and show support for this cause and support this man who has stood up for his people. This case represents a lot of hope, for me and for all of us because it shows that we don't have to depened on this fucking double speaking, fucking bullshit liberal dixie crat mother fuckers like Clinton who refuse to fucking address the issues that Native Americans and the fact that they are being abused and violated and perpetrator of genoicde against these people has gone on long enough. Your anger is a GIFT!

Thanks to bootlegconfessions.com for putting his masters on archive.org. A fairly rough sounding recording but great to have another source!
